2. How do I activate my Priority Pass membership?
Customers can login to the Priority Pass page in the mobile app, read and agree to the relevant terms, and then bind the Priority Pass membership to designated credit card one-to-one.
Please ensure that the name on your registration matches the name on your boarding pass.
3. Who is eligible for the 2 complimentary lounge visits?
Designated Credit Card and their accompanying guest are entitled to share 2 complimentary lounge visits per 12-month membership period.
Usage options:
Two separate visits for the cardholder, or
One simultaneous visit for the cardholder and a guest.
4. What documents do I need to bring with me to access the airport lounge?
You need to present your Priority Pass digital membership card along with your boarding pass for lounge access.
5. After using the 2 complimentary lounge visits, can I still access the airport lounge?
After utilizing the 2 complimentary lounge visits, additional visits or accompanying guests will be charged at US$35 per person per visit for airport lounges. These charges will be debited from your credit card as per Priority Pass records.
6. I am an existing Priority Pass member. Can I combine my existing benefits with my new membership account?
Priority Pass memberships are unique and cannot be merged. Each membership is part of a separate program with different benefits.
7. Will I receive a physical Priority Pass membership card after a successful application?
No, you will not receive a physical Priority Pass membership card. Please present your Priority Pass digital membership card in the Mobile APP along with your ticket or ticket stub at the lounge reception.
8. Do I need to update my Priority Pass information if my credit card is lost, stolen, or replaced?
Yes, you need to update the information. If your credit card is lost, stolen, or the card number has changed, please contact the Customer Service Center to update your card information and maintain complimentary lounge access.
9. What kind of services do lounges offer?
Standard services include complimentary refreshments, Wi-Fi, charging facilities, and more. Some premium lounges offer showers, sleeping areas, and other amenities.

10. Is Priority Pass valid for all flights?
Yes, as long as you have a valid Priority Pass membership, you can use the lounge services regardless of the airline or class of service.
11. How is the validity period and number of uses of Priority Pass membership calculated?
Priority Pass membership is valid for three years from the date of successful registration, and the annual free usage will be reset at the end of the current year.
For example:
If you sign up on January 20, 2025, your membership will expire on January 19, 2028. Assuming you received 2 free uses when you registered and used it only once before January 18, 2026, your membership will be automatically adjusted to 2 free uses when it is reset on January 19, 2026. Your unused 1 free use does not carry over to the next year.
12. What if the lounge is full?
Some lounges may deny entry due to capacity restrictions, so it is recommended that you arrive in advance or check other partner lounges.
13. Do children count towards the complimentary visits?
Generally, children are counted towards the complimentary visits. However, specific policies may vary by lounge.
14. Can I have multiple Priority Pass memberships if I have multiple cards?
Each card corresponds to a Priority Pass membership and can enjoy the free use times of each card.
For example
A card: 2 times
B card: 10 times
A total of 12 times (need to use separate cards)
15. Are there any additional charges for services?
Some lounges may charge extra for specific services such as showers or day beds.

16. Will my Priority Pass membership be cancelled if I cancel my credit card?

19. After applying for the Priority Pass digital membership through the designated credit card app, can I login to the Priority Pass official website or app using the same membership number?
No, members can only view and manage their Priority Pass membership details through the designated credit card mobile app. Logging in to the Priority Pass website or app with the same membership number is not supported.
