PFH Finance Limited ("PFH Finance" or "we"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prosperous Future Holdings Limited (HKEX #1259), was founded in 2021.

PFH Finance is a licensed money lender under the Money Lenders Ordinance, we specialized in offering our clients with customizable loan plans.

PFH Finance is among the very few non-bank organizations in Hong Kong that is authoriazed as principal ("Principal Member") from Visa, one of the world's largest card payment organization, to issue branded credit cards.

As a Principal Member, we pursue two primary revenue streams.

1. Business-to-Consumer ("B2C") - Being a pioneer issuer of Asset-Backed Credit Cards in Hong Kong
2.  Business-to-Business ("B2B") - Sponsoring Associate Memberships and providing adivsory services and financial technology infrastructure for small and meidum-sized enterprises ("SME").
