PFH Credit Card Upgrade

1. What is the reason to upgrade HKDM Visa Signature Credit Card? 

In order to provide you with more prestige privileges and services, we will upgrade the current "Visa Platinum Card" or "Old Card" to "Visa Signature Card" or "New Card".

2. What promotions are available for the new card? 

You will retain all existing benefits (where applicable). 

Additionally, you can enjoy two complimentary accesses to global Priority Pass airport lounges (details to be announced later) and visit the credit card gift center (coming soon) to redeem your desired gifts.

3. When will I receive the new card? 

The new cards will be sent out in batches starting mid-November. If you have not received your card by early December, please feel free to call our 24-hour customer service hotline at +852 3188 8902 for assistance. By successfully activating receive  the new card, you acknowledge your agreement to the terms of the new card contract.

4. What should I do after receiving the new card? 

When your new credit card arrives, please sign on the back of your card and activate it in PFH mobile APP before you can use it.

 

 Also, please check and update your autopay settings to your new credit card.

5. How should I deal with the old card after upgrading to the new card? 

The old card will be automatically deactivated by the system on December 31, 2024.

6. After upgrading to the new card, can I use both the new and old cards simultaneously? 

You cannot use both the new and old cards simultaneously. However, there is no need to return the old card; we recommend that you cut your card through the chip and the embossed card number beforehand.

7. After upgrading to the new card, can I still view the spending records of the old card? 

You can still view the spending records of the old card through the PFH Card Mobile App.

8. Do I need to rearrange the merchant autopay service after the upgrade? 

When activating the New Card, you need to rearrange the merchant autopay service if necessary. You can check existing merchant autopay records from past credit card statements.

9. Can I use the original ATM PIN after the upgrade? 

You will need to reset your ATM password through the PFH Card Mobile App.

10. Are there any fees associated with the upgraded HKDM Visa Signature credit card? 

Fees and charges (if applicable), interest rates, and terms and conditions will remain unchanged after the upgrade.

11. Can I refuse to upgrade the credit card? 

The upgraded Visa Signature Card will provide a series of fabulous privileges, annual membership fee of the principal card and the supplementary card for New Card will continue to be waived. We sincerely invite you to upgrade your card. If you do not accept the upgrade, you do not need to activate the New Card and can continue to use your Old Card until the Old Card deactivation. The old card will be automatically deactivated by the system on December 31, 2024.
