Important information:

In appreciation of our clients' continued support for PFH, PFH offers clients one (1) late payment charge waiver across all eligible account(s) with PFH within a period of 12 rolling months.

If you have been granted a waiver in the past 12 rolling months, we will not be able to grant you any further waivers nor consider any appeals.

Example: If the client has two credit card accounts (Credit Card A & Credit Card B) with the PFH. Credit Card B incurred a late payment charge of HKD 200 in August 2024 due to late payment. However, client has already received waiver on Credit Card A in the past 12 months, back in September 2023. Client will not be eligible for further fee waiver, and will be expected to pay the HKD 200 charge levied for Credit Card B.

If you have not been granted a waiver in the past 12 rolling months, you may contact to our customer services team to submit a waiver request.
