HKDM Points Rebate Rules and Terms & Conditions

The promotion period is started from 1 November 2023 (based on transaction date) (“Promotion end date will be further notified ”).
PFH“Quick Credit Card”,“Future Credit Card”and“Prosperous Credit Card”accept both repayment methods in HKDM points and cash methods.
All PFH credit cards that are eligible for HKDM points rebate program only accepts and counts by the purchase amount in the credit card repayment and settled in HKDM points. The“Cash Repayment”method is not eligible for the HKDM rebate program.
The PFH cardholder for“Quick Credit Card”and“Prosperous Credit Card”can enjoy up to 3% HKDM points rebate after payoffs the repayment that settled in HKDM points.
The PFH cardholder for“Future Credit Card”can enjoy up to 2.5% HKDM points rebate after payoffs the repayment that settled in HKDM points.
All PFH credit cards that are eligible for HKDM points rebate program are subject to eligible spending. The eligible spending can enjoy HKDM points rebate for each card per month.
Eligible cardholder receives HKDM points rebate after completed any repayment that settled in HKDM points, and the rebate amount can be used in the repayment bill in the next or later period.
The HKDM points rebate exchange rate will be equal to the HKDM points currency rate on the exact repayment payoff date.
HKDM points rebate reward accrual is counted on monthly billing date, starting from the first day of the monthly billing date until the last day of the billing date. HKDM points rebate awarded will be rounded to the two decimal places where appropriate. All transactions will be counted based on the transaction date and only Eligible Transactions posted to Eligible Credit Card account within 7 days from the transaction date will be counted.
The HKDM points rebate will be credited to the eligible credit card account automatically within one month after each settlement. Only cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period.
All fraudulent, unauthorized, unposted, cancelled, or refunded transactions will be excluded from the HKDM points rebate.
If an eligible transaction is cancelled subsequent to the offer of the HKDM points rebate, cardholders will have to return to the company the HKDM points rebate being awarded. The Company reserves the right to debit the credit card account with the HKDM points rebate awarded without prior notice.
The Company will verify the transaction record to confirm the HKDM points rebate entitlement of each cardholder. In the event of discrepancy between The Company’s record and details recorded on the credit card sales slip, The company record shall prevail.
The HKDM points rebate is meant exclusively for retail purchases and cannot be used for cash advances, settlement of financial charges or any previous outstanding balance accrued before the HKDM points rebate is credited. The HKDM points rebate cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for other gifts and is also not refundable and transferrable.
